Website Design Rates & Questions

How much do you charge for website design?

Every website is unique so we prefer to provide custom quotes for our clients. For a basic "brochure" style website expect around $650 for the first page and $150 per page after that. These prices are contingent on the client providing text, photos and graphics that are ready for the web.

Any changes to code, text or graphic design work beyond the initial agreement are charged at $60/hour.

For larger projects Ben Thomas Creative requires a 30% non-refundable deposit on all web and graphic design work.

I'm not ready for a full site, can you do anything smaller?

For $350 we will set up a one page placeholder site that includes your company name, logo and contact information. You must provide a digital image or camera ready art of your logo. This starter package includes hosting and domain registration for one year.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, checks, Visa & Mastercard. You can also pay your bill online with Paypal.

Can I build my new website over time?

Larger sites can be built in stages over the course of a year if needed.

Do you provide training?

We can provide phone, email or 1 on 1 training for local clients. We make sure you know how to use the tools we build and are happy to help.

Do you provide any guarantee for your work?

All new sites come with a 6 month guarantee. If anything breaks on a static website or a bug arises we will fix it for free.

We do not guarantee rankings in search engines such as Google or Yahoo, we can however use proven methods to help your site rank higher in search results.
